Roles
What we recruit for.

Static guarding on corporate, retail and residential sites. Front of house as much as protection: you are often the first person a visitor meets.
- Valid SIA Security Guarding licence
- Confident written reporting
- Smart, professional presentation
Door Supervisor
Events, venues and licensed premises. Searching, screening and managing entry, and de-escalating situations before they need anything more.
- Valid SIA Door Supervisor licence
- Conflict management experience
- Comfortable with late finishes
Concierge Officer
Residential blocks and managed estates. Access control, visitor and contractor management, parcels and patrols, for residents who will know you by name.
- Valid SIA licence
- Strong customer service instincts
- Reliable and consistent on a fixed site
Mobile Patrol Officer
Covering multiple sites across a shift, with lock-ups, unlocks and alarm response. Independent work with real responsibility.
- Valid SIA licence
- Full UK driving licence
- Happy working alone at night
CCTV Operator
Proactive monitoring with documented review routines, supporting officers on the ground rather than watching a screen nobody reads.
- SIA Public Space Surveillance (CCTV) licence
- Sustained concentration
- Clear incident logging
Cleaning & FM Operative
Contract cleaning and communal upkeep on the same buildings we secure. Held to the same standard and the same supervision as our officers.
- Attention to detail
- Reliable timekeeping
- Right to work in the UK
Nothing listed that fits? Apply anyway and tell us what you do. We would rather hear from the right person than fill a box.
Working here
What we do differently, from your side of it.
The things that make a shift bearable are usually the things a company gets lazy about. These are the ones we hold to.
Consistent sites, not a rota lottery
We keep the same officers on the same sites wherever we can. Familiarity is what turns a guard into someone the client trusts, and it makes your shift easier.
Briefed properly before you arrive
You get site-specific assignment instructions, not a postcode and good luck. You will know the escalation routes before you need them.
Supervisors who turn up
Unannounced supervisory visits cut both ways. If a site is a problem, we find out from you and we deal with it.
Training kept current
We keep our people current with industry training and best practice rather than leaving licence renewal entirely to you.
Before you apply
What you will need.
A valid SIA licence
For officer roles you must hold a current Security Industry Authority licence for the work you are applying to do. If your licence has lapsed, tell us where you are with it.
Screening to BS 7858
Every deployed officer is vetted to the British Standard for security screening. That means a five-year employment history we can verify, with any gaps explained.
Right to work and identity
We check right to work and identity before deployment, as we are required to. Bring the documents and it is a short conversation.
The part we care most about
We hire for people skills as much as protection skills. If you can hold a room, defuse a situation, and still make a guest feel welcome, we want to talk to you.
Apply
It takes a couple of minutes. We aim to respond to every application.
Questions from applicants
Do I need an SIA licence before I apply?
For officer roles, yes. We cannot deploy anyone without a valid licence for the work they are doing. If you are partway through getting one, apply anyway and tell us where you have got to.
What is BS 7858 vetting and what will you ask for?
It is the British Standard for security screening. In practice we will ask for a five-year employment history with references we can verify, proof of identity and address, and an explanation of any gaps. It is routine, and we will tell you exactly what we need.
Do you offer full-time or shift work?
Both, depending on the contract. Tell us the hours and the days you can genuinely commit to and we will be straight with you about what we have.
What areas do you recruit in?
London is our primary operating area, with planned work across the Midlands. Tell us where you are based and how far you are willing to travel.
I have no security experience. Is it worth applying?
For officer roles you still need the SIA licence. For cleaning and facilities roles you do not, and people skills matter more than a CV.
How long does the process take?
We aim to respond to every application. Vetting to BS 7858 is the part that takes time, because references have to be verified properly.
